Here are 20 signs that you are growing in grace. Timmy Brister posted these on his blog, Provocations and Pantings. He got them from Scotty Smith, who you’ll probably remember from his blog of gospel-centered prayers.

So here they are–20 signs you’re growing in grace.

A sign you’re growing in grace: Though you don’t let anyone put you under the law, your love for God’s law is increasing.

A sign you’re growing in grace: Because of Jesus’ commitment to perfect his Bride, you stay engaged with your broken church.

A sign you’re growing in grace: As much as you’d like to have a church of you & your 20 best friends, you know that’s anti-gospel.

A sign you’re growing in grace: You no longer have to have either the first or the last word in a conversation.

A sign you’re growing in grace: You don’t second guess your decisions, exaggerate your “wins” or obsess about your failures as much.

A sign you’re growing in grace: When sharing a meal with friend(s) in a busy restaurant, they have your full attention.

A sign you’re growing in grace: When someone says or does something that hurts you, you don’t tell anyone else before going to them first.
